28/11 Update - Ritz Calton Hotels new campaign

  1. It is not anymore a hotel brand that is presented in this video, but it is clearly a new "special agent or team" that follows you everywhere you need and appears with always new creative ideas whenever needed!

  2. When I first saw the video it makes me dream. It is like they said the time stop for a while.
    Like when you are living this kind of experience you want them to last forever.

    It really touched me. But at the same time I am a person of services and I feel really alike with this concept. For several reasons:

    First It is all about services. The most you give the most the people come to you.

    However the way the services are sharing is important. As this concept wants the Ritz become the house everyone want to come and live the experience

    Finally I believe they understood that the client wants to feel as their own place. And I love the things they are willing to share with their clients bringging new opportunities to excel for us. New positions wow. Well they want to make your dreams come true.

  3. Generally saying the video is well done but still it is not the best video I have seen about a hotel chain.

    In the video the Brand explains the services they propose. The words are simple and well chosen. But if we take off the texts and the logo which appear at the beginning and at the end of the video we can not know that it is Ritz Carlton.

    We have already seen thousands of times such images and there is nothing which is unique to the brand.

    We can not play only on words when advertising. There should be unique and exclusive images which could tell a story about and make you follow and dream and follow.
