Class 07/03 - Back from Break

Time to catch up with Google Plus + other advances on the Net.  In class, we'll take a look at your ideas for transforming a travel experience....for the customer.

Just a BTW - KLM has introduced Meet + Seat as a service

We'll look at redefining the 'connected' customer - from the FLUX article, you can see it is not age, race, location - a whole different set of characteristics.

I'm glad to be back + hear all of your new discoveries + ideas.
